Each week, our members receive one to two editions of Huckberry highlighting brands, product and content that will be featured on Huckberry for the upcoming week. We hustle to negotiate insiders' prices for our members on a curated selection of products, which are available for purchase on our website for 5-7 days. At the end of the 5-7 days, the previous edition's offers expire and a new set of brands go live. We are often only able to negotiate a limited quantity of merchandise, so be sure to strike while the iron's hot.
Our Chief Negotiating Officer is Chuck Norris - or at least we wish he was! We've worked hard to build a community of discerning members who are interested in living an active life and learning about new brands, products, and ideas. Credits for returned merchandise do not expire. All other credits, including credits received from inviting friends, expire one year from date of issue. Go to Account Credits to see your current balance.
Many of our offerings are 'pre-sales' (which, along with Chuck Norris, is how we get insiders' prices), where we don't receive the merchandise until after the offer has ended and we've placed a private order with our brand partner. For pre-sales, it can take the merchandise a few days to get to the Huckberry warehouse, extending shipping times by a week or two. Items that are 'in-stock' are typically delivered within 5-7 business days of your purchase.
We primarily use the United States Postal Service to ship merchandise. The USPS can generally get a package anywhere in the 48 continental states within 2-3 business days. On occasion, we'll ship using UPS or Fedex.
We charge a flat $6.99 for most orders. In other words, you can buy as many items as you want in one order, and they all ship for $6.99 total! Sometimes products we sell are bulky or heavy or fragile and we need to charge an alternative shipping rate, which will be clearly stated in the bottom of the product description. Yes! We ship to Alaska and Hawaii and can accomodate most international shipping. For international shipping, please email email@example.com with the products you'd like to purchase (please make sure to include size and color for each product you'd like to order). We'll get back to you ASAP with a total purchase price (including international shipping rates). After you sign off on the purchase price, we'll send you a PayPal request and we'll place the order after receiving payment. From there, your merchandise will ship when the regular shipments go out and you will receive a shipping confirmation email once your package goes out.
Yes, you will receive an email with your shipping tracking information once your purchase has shipped.
"Short shipments" are when a brand ships Huckberry fewer items than we initially agreed upon once the offering period is over. If your order was affected, we will notify you by email within a few days after we receive the short shipment. Those members will receive a full refund to their credit card and Huckberry will also credit their account with $10 Huckberry credit. We strive to establish long-term relationships with both our members and brand partners, so we do not take 'short shipments' lightly and will do everything in our power to correct the problem. Thank you for your understanding.
Click here to see the lawyer speak, but basically you can return merchandise within 30 days after your order has shipped in return for store credit (free return shipping), or a credit card refund (less the cost of return shipping). Some items marked "final sale" cannot be returned. We aim to please, so if you're unsatisfied with your purchase at any point in time, shoot us an email and we'll see if can pull some strings.
