Huckberry gladly accepts returns on apparel and gear for merchandise credit or a credit card refund. Huckberry must receive your return within 30 days from the date the item was shipped to you. Items must be returned in their original packaging (including: all boxes/cases, hangers, polybags, all tags attached, etc) and original condition (items have not been: worn, used, altered, washed or damaged). If you receive a damaged/defective product you must notify us within 7 days of receipt or your return will not be accepted. Please note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Items marked as .FINAL SALE. are not eligible for return or exchange.
If you would like to make a return please email email@example.com and include your order number, the best way to contact you, and the reason you want to return your product. If eligible, we will email you a pre-paid return label and instructions, which you will need to return your package. You will be notified via email when your return is processed. You may choose between a full refund in Huckberry store credit (free return shipping) or a refund to your credit card (less the cost of return shipping). Remember, Huckberry must receive shipment of your return within 30 days from the date the order was shipped to you. Due to the short duration of our sales, we are currently unable to process exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items for merchandise credit, which can be used at another Huckberry sale.
